All eligible full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students at our Medway Campus can apply for accommodation at Pier Quays, which is owned and managed by Unite Students. Your contract will be with them and you will pay rent direct to them. Unite Students is a member of the National Code for Student Accommodation.
