Petros Court is a gated community of 5 blocks set around a central courtyard, housing 418 en-suite study bedrooms. Arranged in flats of up to 7 bedrooms, each flat has a communal living which includes a TV and dining area.

There are 405 superior large en-suite rooms and 13 adapted en-suite rooms offered at Petros Court. Priority for the adapted rooms is given to students with special requirements, and who have registered with Student Support.
